Receptionist / Secretary / PA required for Small to Large sized organisation in london



We are currently looking for a receptionist to work within the London area. We have various work available for people looking to establish themselves within this sector.

Prior experience as a receptionist can be advantageous but is not a necessity.
Experience will be required for the Larger Organisations.

Receptionists are the ones that meet and greet patients and potential patients once they enter a facility. They can answer any questions patients may have or provide paperwork for new potential patients. They are also the last person patients see as they take care of scheduling for the patients next visit and handle any billing concerns.

Pay varies between L7.50 – L13.50 per hour. (negot.)

You must be:
- Well organised
- Have high level of telephone mannerisms
- Exceptional listening skills
- Computer literate
- Good time management
- Self-reliant
- Work of your own initiative
