Chefs for East European Restaurant

We are looking for experienced, talented and creative sous chefs to start immediately who have an ability to consistantly produce high quality, well presented dishes from fresh ingredients, in a busy kitchen in Chelsea.

We serve both modern and classic east european dishes, with importance being placed on presentation as well as taste.

Excellent rates of pay for successful candidates.

Successful candidates will have:

A working knowledge of relevant food health & safety legislation.
Ability to manage themselves & others under pressure, whilst working in an organised environment, ensuring all staff follow recipes and procedures.
Experience with menu creation and costing is essential.

Knowledge of east european cooking is a bonus, though not necessary.

We are looking for someone with experience and a passion for cooking.

You will be required to supply evidence of your eligibility to work in the United Kingdom with relevant skills and qualifications.
