Admin Assistant / Receptionist



We are an Education Services Company. We need a full time Admin Assistant/Receptionist. The job role requires a female professional with a great telephone manner and good presentation. The role requires you to have a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

This role will need an all rounder as this will involve talking to clients over the phone, handling face to face meetings, typing and managing documents, careful selection of relevant educational resources etc.

We would prefer someone who in addition to speaking fluent English, is also able to speak one or more of the European languages. Language skills will be very important.

This job will require you to work Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm. The starting salary will be L16k + bonuses. Please email your CV, with a Covering Letter, and also a recent photograph.

Interviews will be conducted on the 23rd of January. For all shortlisted candidates, there will be one week of Training and Trials in various offices (Unpaid, but covering your travel expenses). The job commences on the 1st of February.
