Junior Receptionist/Administrator

We are currently recruiting a part-time junior receptionist for a small, friendly catering company located in Putney. The position is for 25-30 hours per week with an hourly rate of L7+.

- The successful candidate should be flexible, friendly and reliable.
- Professional communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (specifically with Microsoft Office programs)
- Strong command of written and spoken English

- Experience of working in similar, office environments
- Previous data entry experience

The role includes corresponding with clients and employees of the agency, some marketing of additional roles, email correspondence, answering telephones and helping with any queries of both clients and employees of the agency.
