Full Time Experienced Administration is needed for a well known Estate Agency in East London

Job Title: Office Administrator
Reports to: Manager
Hours: 37- 40hrs
Salary: Up to 16k

A well-known Estate Agency in East London is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team.

Main duties are as follows:

- Managing all office correspondence (email/post/fax/couriers) through receipt and distribution of emails and post within the office, logging outgoing and incoming deliveries, ensuring outgoing email and post are sent correctly, sending of faxes and processing faxes received.
- Performing receptionist duties: greeting visitors and referring them to the appropriate staff member, answering main phone line to the office, routing calls, taking messages and picking up phones of unavailable colleagues
- Office supplies and provisions management, including monitoring stationary levels
- Liaising with other company offices around the world regarding general administration
- Ensuring the company agents are kept informed of bookings where required
- Other general administration duties such as scanning documents for colleagues, photocopying, filing
- Maintaining and coordinating the professional appearance, order and tidiness of the office including maintenance of the corporate image across all literature used in the office (such as door plates, folders, notice boards etc.);

Experience required:
- General office administration
- Customer service
- Highly organised
- Strong communication both verbal and written
-Previous Estate Agency Experience will be an advantage
