Commis Chef

We are looking for Commis Chef, with minimal 2 years experience in hotel. The position is on Permanent basis in one of our client hotel in West end London.

Job Responsibilities:
Food preparation and cooking responsibilities as directed by Head Chef
measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe to prepare soups, salads, gravies, desserts, and sauce in professional manner, also preparing breakfast. Must be able to explain ingredients in the menu and preparation techniques .Flexible shift patterns. Ideal candidates will be motivated, passionate and a keen interest in food is required. Two to Three years kitchen experience in hotel, restaurant or high volume food service facility.
