Event catering Unit Managers needed NOW! : City of London



Looking for enthusiastic, hard working Catering unit managers to fulfil a variety of roles for an event catering company based in North London. You will be in charge of an individual unit, leading a team of around 5-6 grill chefs and retail assistants at a variety of events in and around central London (and sometimes beyond!) You must have an good command of the English language, be comfortable leading a team, have past experience in a catering managerial/supervisory role, have excellent customer service and cash handling skills and be happy to work within a busy environment. In order to be eligible you must have a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate, able to work full time in the UK and be able to start immediately. This is initially a 2-3 month F/T contract, however some permanent positions are available after the peak summer season.
