Our client, a leading online fashion company, is looking for a Receptionist to provide reception and administration support in the day to day running of the office. This position will suit someone who is flexible and organised with an excellent phone manner. RESPONSIBILITY • Handling all incoming telephone calls/messages • Meet and greet all visitors and guests, providing refreshments • Manage bookings of meeting rooms and organisation of meeting rooms • Ensuring meeting rooms are set up and prepared i.e. AV equipment and refreshments • Outgoing post and managing working order of franking machine and consumables • Organising couriers and taxis • Typing letters, faxes, project reports, etc SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED • Microsoft Office knowledge – intermediate level • Reception experience is required PERSON SPECIFICATION • Immaculate presentation • Excellent telephone manner • Quick response and accurate • Calm • Flexible • Able to prioritise effectively • Attention to detail If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience required please apply online immediately
