Receptionist wanted for busy sports injury clinic chain : Putney, London



We are recruiting a well-presented, motivated and experienced receptionist for our Sports Injury clinic chain. The candidate will be required to answer the phone and meet and greet patients – therefore, they must be fluent in English. Shifts include weekends and evenings, as per our roster system. Main Purpose of post: 1. To be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Practice front of house, to ensure a high quality service to patients. 2. To be responsible for answering the phone, booking and cancelling appointments and patient queries in relation to services offered 3. To be responsible for maintaining a professional clinic, with paperwork in order for therapists and all copying, faxing and printing as per the needs of the patients and the therapists. 4. To be responsible for all clinic administration 5. To deal directly with the insurance companies to solve billing and provider queries 6. To be responsible for inputting payments received, from patients and insurance companies 7. To be responsible for cash being banked 8. To assist the Practice Manager in staff recruitment and training of similar role 9. To be responsible for chasing debt, both insurance and patient-responsible. 10. To be responsible for stock check and stock ordering across both sites 11. To be responsible for maintaining a professional and clean clinic image 12. To be responsible for cashing up using the cash register in Wandsworth and end-of-day cash up and reports. 13. To ensure that the front of house/reception area is pleasant, tidy and a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff. . Please provide 2 references and your CV to the Practice Manager.
