So you can experience for yourself the warmth and hospitality that makes Nicholson’s pubs so special. It’s the ultimate traditional pub crawl in fact! What you’ll do in this role As General Manager Designate, you’ll be looking to progress into your own General Manager role within 3-6 months. As General Manager Designate you’ll be working at up to two sites in the area, getting the hang of our culture, standards and high volume management needs before taking on your own outlet.
