Must have previous experience in a busy high pressure environment Must be able to run Bar and kitchen Must be able to take care of all stock rotation and ordering Must be able to take care of all cash handling and end of day cash ups. Busy Front of house experience is a MUST. 19500k p/a with a wage review after 1 year responsible and well managed in front and back of house systems Must have a good telephone manner Responsible for all booking and ticketing systems Must work well unsupervised and show initiative on all tasks. Our goal is to create the most authentic Oktoberfest experience outside of Munich and make it last, so people can enjoy a sample of the world’s biggest party all year round. We are looking for a lively as well as focused and detailed personality to complete our team. We are searching for someone who: * shares our passion for beer and has an understanding about Munich’s Oktoberfest, * has a strong work ethic and bundles of energy. * PREFFERED BUT NOT A MUST, applicant to speak fluent, German and English but has a sense of humour, * live within close vicinity of SW6 to commute home after late finishes!!
